Chris: Owner/Executive Chef
Chris, born and raised in Carroll County, has more than 25 years of culinary experience. As an innovative and driven culinarian, his career has been spent in restaurants, contract food service management facilities, food truck operator, banquet hall manager and executive chef, a self-employed mobile caterer and more. Chris is a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) and Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP), a member of the ANFP chapter and is ServSafe Certified through the National Restaurant Association.
Little G
Little G is the heart behind the diner. He is their sweet little boy, a red haired-blue eyed babe whose spirit inspires everything we do here at Little G's diner. His warmth and love for people breathes life and he hopes everyone will feel at home when they are here and enjoy a delicious meal. You may find him on occasion at the diner picking the garden, saying hello, bussing a table or two (with help) and making kitchen videos. His favorite though will be selling his fresh squeezed lemonade both here and at this stand.
